The long-running crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic has caused concern, fear, but also mental health disorders in humans. Measures of protection, wearing masks, isolation and social distance from friends and relatives throughout the entire year have dramatically changed people and their ways of living, causing loneliness and frustration that affect people’s mental health. The fear of the virus, the increase of mental problems in the risk groups, but also the consequences caused by Covid-19 indicate that the health systems in the coming period should focus on strengthening the psychiatric activity.
Guests in the 21st edition of the show 25 Minutes are psychiatrists Slavica Arsova, Vaska Mitova and Stojan Bajraktarov, director of the Psychiatric Clinic and journalist Milica Bogdanovic from Podgorica who spoke about the current situation in Montenegro.
