PLATFORM is an independent, multilingual and multicultural association of researchers from all over the Balkans, established in 2020. our key goals are:
• Gather information and conduct research in the fields of culture, environment, gender equality and human rights;
• Encourage young researchers and reporters from the Balkans to write on topics that promote people and gender equality, as well as social development throughout the region.
PLATFORM has successfully developed a larger network structure that includes and promotes stories and analysis by independent correspondents from Northern Macedonia, Albania, Serbia, Denmark, Bulgaria, Germany and Kosovo. PLATFORM’s goal is to create safe digital media space for young researchers from all over the region and promote consistent information. PLATFORM is a project of the Civil Association for Media and Analysis “Mreza Net”.
PLATFORM’s editorial board collaborates with several national and global voluntary and legal organizations that promote media freedom, human rights, the rule of law, animal rights, ecology and sustainable development, freedom of speech, gender and democratic values.
