Domestic violence increases during curfew

The total number of newly registered victims of domestic violence in 2019 is 1154, and in 2020 the number increased to 1531 victims, ie 337 new cases more. Psychological and physical violence is most prevalent, while economic and sexual violence is less present, according to the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy.
